Our Story

I’ve always believed that the best learning grows slowly, nurtured through curiosity, exploration, and moments we share side by side.

After years as an educator, and later stepping into the joy (and challenge) of homeschooling our four children, I wanted to create something meaningful. Something that would bring families closer while sparking curiosity.

Mystery Sprouts grew out of the rhythms of our own home. Some of our happiest memories are in the garden, in the kitchen, and around the table — planting seeds, cooking meals, trying projects, laughing through experiments, and simply enjoying each other’s company. We’ve learned that the most treasured moments are often the ones that take time… the kind where you get to watch something unfold, make guesses, ask questions, and celebrate discoveries along the way.

I wanted other families to feel that same joy.

That’s why each Mystery Sprouts box is more than just activities, it’s a shared adventure, filled with hands-on projects, hidden clues, and little moments of wonder. It’s a way to step away from busy schedules and screens, and step into a world of discovery, side by side.
